Christian Aid and Solent Mind will share how they are using Microsoft Dynamics to boost fundraising at a new event hosted by Microsoft gold partner m-hance

new event hosted by Microsoft gold partner m-hance will explore how Microsoft products can help charities accelerate their fundraising and better connect with supporters and donors.

At the free event taking place on the 16th May 2018 at Microsoft’s offices in London, attendees will hear from charities Christian Aid and Solent Mind about how they are using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to improve their fundraising efforts.

They will learn about the success of their respective projects, the benefits they have seen so far with Dynamics 365 and the next steps on their Microsoft journey.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a cloud Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software built on Microsoft Azure.  To ensure a better fit for charities and not-for-profit organisations, m-hance has tailored Microsoft Dynamics 365 to create NfP 365 – a charity fundraising solution that incorporate aspects such as Just Giving and Gift Aid and allows charities to better manage their campaigns, communications, events and volunteers.

m-hance has over 20 years’ experience of working with charities of all sizes to help them improve their day-to-day fundraising activities and improve the relationships they have with their supporters.

Along with the charities, Erik Arnold, Microsoft CTO of Tech for Social Impact will discuss the role digital technology has in the non-profit sector for driving mission impact and the benefits and discounts that are available from Microsoft for nonprofit organisations.

Plus, attendees will hear from Adam Bryan, Director of Partnerships and Innovation at the Institute of Fundraising, who will be discussing how technology is providing change and opportunity for charities and the donor experience.

Charities will also have the opportunity to ask a panel of m-hance and Microsoft staff any questions they may have regarding their upcoming CRM projects.

“We have been running our dedicated charity events for over three years now and each event has been a huge success,” said Tory Cassie, NfP New Business Sales at m-hance.

“Not only do these events give charities an insight into how technology can improve their day-to-day operations and accelerate their fundraising efforts, but they also provide them with an opportunity hear from key industry speakers on areas such as GDPR and Digital Transformation, and to hear how other charities are benefiting from Microsoft technology.”
