AMERI Holdings, which provides ERP software and technologies to enterprise customers worldwide, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $10 million in an initial public offering.
The Princeton, NJ-based company was founded in 2013 and booked $47 million in sales for the 12 months ended June 30, 2017.
It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol AMRH. Ladenburg Thalmann is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
