Combined solution will lead to better understanding of behaviour, opinions, activities and trends
London, UK and Oslo, Norway and New York, NY: 8th November, 2016 Confirmit has partnered with LivingLens, a pioneer in video intelligence software, to offer video capture and analysis within Confirmit Horizons for Market Research studies, Voice of the Customer (VoC) programmes and Voice of the Employee (VoE) programmes.
The partnership enables Confirmit customers to carry out cutting-edge video data collection and analysis, and combine results with existing feedback and research methods to deliver deeper insights. A recent study has found that an average of at least four times as much data is captured using video feedback compared to open ended text responses, illustrating the value that video can bring. It has never been so vital for organisations to get closer to their customers or employees, and video offers real opportunities for capturing more engaging and timely feedback.

The Confirmit/LivingLens solution integrates video feedback with other survey response data. Webcam and mobile video capture is integrated into Confirmit Horizons by embedding video-based questions into MR, VoC or VoE surveys. Video responses are catalogued in LivingLens’ engaging and powerful video visualisation platform for tagging, transcribing, translating, and filtering the videos. Users can quickly analyse the spoken word, actions, objects and sentiment, whatever the language. Insights uncovered from this analysis lead to better understanding of behaviour, opinions, activities and trends, and insight stories can be shared as clips or showreels to bring results to life for more informed decision making.
